A user is not required to register to use this website, unless purchasing a product through our online store. However, should you complete our contact form, you will provide specific information, including your name and email address, which we may use to communicate with your specifically regarding your inquiry.

This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. Under the GDPR, we must have a lawful basis for using personal data. Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

Neither of the above share any personal details with us other than recording your IP Address. If you are on Facebook or Instagram, they may result in you being shown ads.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Storing of your personal data

  • Mailchimp: Your data will be kept until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned and inactive accounts removed. This will happen as and when and not to a schedule. If you would like to stop receiving email communication, simply follow the unsubscribe link on the bottom of each email sent through Mailchimp

  • Through such utilities as Google Analytics, aggregated demographic information may be shared to online partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifying information.

  • We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Your access to and control over information

The right to revoke your subscription or unsubscribe to our email marketing services
