THE FUTURE OF AI GAIT ANALYSIS
TrojanTrack is introducing next-generation, AI-powered gait analysis technology into the equine performance landscape, transforming how riders, owners, and support teams identify early injury indicators and optimise training decisions. Unlike wearables or subjective visual assessment, TrojanTrack captures 52 biometric movement data points per video to establish a personalised baseline for every horse, delivering real-time, validated recommendations directly via smartphone.
Our initial efforts have focused on strengthening TrojanTrack’s digital foundations, preparing for increased visibility and building momentum ahead of full commercial launch. This has included a complete website re-design and the introduction of an educational and research-led cross-channel marketing apparoach across core channels, including PR, articles, email marketing, partnership development and strategic organic social content.
Social efforts have been paired with rider-led content collaborations, supporting trust-building in an emerging category by leaning on real usage, expertise and rider endorsement. These initiatives are supporting TrojanTrack in establishing clear brand positioning, increasing discoverability across key platforms, and nurturing top-of-funnel education to drive early demand.
