What is your favourite part of the job?
My favourite part of the job is seeing my ideas transform into fully functioning, visually engaging experiences. I love the creative process—bringing together design, functionality, and user experience to create something that not only looks great but also serves a purpose. Watching a concept evolve from an idea to a finished website that people interact with is incredibly rewarding.
One piece of advice you give all clients?
Focus on user experience above all else. A beautifully designed website is important, but it needs to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and optimised for performance. Always think about how your audience will interact with your site—clear layouts, fast loading times, and mobile responsiveness make all the difference in keeping visitors engaged.
Biggest lesson learnt on the job so far?
The biggest lesson I’ve learnt on the job so far is that no matter how much planning goes into a project, there will always be unexpected challenges. Flexibility and problem-solving are just as important as creativity in web design. Learning to adapt, troubleshoot, and find solutions quickly has been invaluable.
