POSITION
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team.
We are looking for someone with proven experience creating content for brands or organisations, who can confidently contribute from day one within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The role is ideally suited to an individual with experience in digital marketing and visual communication. Familiarity with horses and/or a genuine interest in horse sport is essential, as our clients operate within the global equestrian industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop engaging, brand-aligned content and copy for channels including social media, email, paid, PR and web.
Manage the planning and end-to-end execution of cross-channel content calendars in line with strategic objectives.
Video editing and graphic design (print and digital) using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Collaborate with the wider team on campaign ideation, execution and performance analysis.
Monitor platform trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities for innovation and engagement.
Daily account management, including tasks such as content scheduling, performance monitoring and communication with key stakeholders.
Participate in internal content reviews and project reporting on platform performance and content effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and tone of voice.
Confidence with graphic design tools such as Canva (knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous)
Proven experience with platforms such as Meta Business Suite, GA4, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Google Workspace, plus all core social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest).
Understanding of key marketing platforms and current digital trends.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Organised, proactive, and adaptable in managing multiple tasks.
UK-based with availability of at least 30 hours per week (scope for more).
Ability to travel for UK-based internal meetings, as well as internationally for events and client meetings.
Commitment to a minimum duration of 6 months.
Equestrian background and an interest in horse sports.
